News and Notes:

- Norfolk started the season 1-7-1-1 and has since gone 6-4-0-2.
- Karl Alzner was injured last night for the Capitals. No telling on how serious the injury is as of yet.
- Washington doesn't play until Tuesday and the Bears don't play again after tonight until Saturday so there shouldn't be any more call ups.
