Philadelphia Phantoms
record ~ 3-5-0-0 6 points
standings ~ 5th in East Division
most recent game ~ 5-4 OT Win @ Norfolk 10/29
last 5 games ~ 2-3-0-0
road record ~ 2-3
goals for ~ 20
goals against ~ 24

last time teams met - Hershey won 5-4 in Philly on 10/17.

Players to watch:

Hershey:

LW Chris Bourque (17) - He had an assist against Albany but needs to score goals more consistently. He has not been active enough the past 2 games in the offensive zone.
RW Andrew Gordon (10) - He has 6 goals and 4 assists through 10 games. He scored a tough goal last night from a bad angle to put the Bears up 2-0. The Bears need more from him.
C Mathieu Perrault (24) - He needs more playing time! He has 2 goals and 7 assists but isn't out there enough right now. His line (Bouchard and Osala) should be playing more minutes in my opinion.

Philadelphia:

D Danny Syvret (25) - Former Bear Syvret is actually leading the Phantoms in points with 2 goals and 6 assists through 8 games.
RW Claude Giroux (19) - One of Philadelphia's top young prospects, he has 2 goals and 2 assists so far this season.
RW Steve Downie (17) - Downie has only played 3 games for the Phantoms this season but is second on the team in points with 6. He has 1 goal and 5 assists including 4 assists last game.

Notes:

  • Tyler Sloan should be back in the lineup tonight for Hershey after his 4 game stint with the Capitals.
  • This will be the 2nd of 7 games before Christmas for Hershey and Philly.
  • LW Josh Gratton, recently acquired by Philly, could be in the lineup tonight against Hershey.
LET'S GO BEARS!!!!
